About EarthLink

EarthLink is a top U.S. internet service provider delivering wired and wireless access to homes and businesses more than any other ISP. EarthLink delivers the right technology at the right price to create the right connection for customers. Consumers voted EarthLink the number one ISP in America in 2020 for three years running. An independent company headquartered in Atlanta, EarthLink was certified as a Great Place to Work since 2020.

Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach EarthLink at (866) 383-3080; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is earthlink.net, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 729 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Atlanta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I called this internet provider for internet service that once received via UPS for $49.95, it wasn’t compatible with my computer equipment. So I immediately cancelled the day I received the router not even an hour later. I sent them the equipment which was free to do when they sent me a UPS return label. Why was I told that I couldn’t get the $49.95 back because it was a shipping and handling fee. I initially wasn’t told that the $49.95 fee was a S&H fee, I was told it was the fee for the equipment quote on quote. Then after I paid for the so called equipment fee, someone tried to use the card I paid with to order takeout which was declined, I had a really bad feeling about speaking with these people. I gave my card number to an agent named Sam but whenever I called to speak to him someone else would answer stating there was no Sam. There is something wrong with this so called internet provider. That $49.95 is a tax write off. Can you imagine if I hadn’t cancelled my service? What if the router did work with my computer they would have scammed me for a lot more. Be careful people…..

I received the router and never could get it to connect to service. I called them the same day I received it and they told me I already used 42gb of usage. I am returning because I don't trust them. I talked to over 15 different people and not one would say we understand and we will make sure your account shows no usage. I called them to explain i am not getting service and they would hang up on me. They say this works, they charge fees upfront and it didn't work and do not return your money when it doesn't. Don't try earthlink they are all scammers.

This has to be THE worst internet service provider EVER!! Not only does the service SUCK and is weak, they have been lying to us over and over about the $100 visa gift card that we were promised. Initially we were told that we would immediately receive the gift card after service was set up. I specifically asked the agent on the phone and he confirmed this. When that didn't happen, we contacted earthlink and were then told something completely different. We were told we would not receive the gift card until after 60 days of service. After 60 days and we STILL did not receive anything, I contacted them again and this time was told something different AGAIN. I was told it would be 90 days and not 60. Now here we are, one day past 90 days and yep you guessed it...NO GIFT CARD!! These people are liars and scammers! I have reported them to the BBB as well as the FTC. We will be switching back to Xfinity where the service is actually great and they treat customers like they actually care about them, because without us, NONE of you people would have a job, just remember that!! You guys are complete TRASH!!!

The $200 gift card promo is a scam. They will not send it to you. They expect you to forget then delay until you cancel your service. Internet is decent but prone to bottleneck very easily. You do not have access to your router to control who can be on it so if someone else is using your wifi you can’t boot them.

February 27, 2025 This is the worst internet service ever! Not only did it not work the 1st day but I call to cancel service the same day after 5pm & there was no one to help me, the voicemail stated to call back tomorrow. I finally got someone the next day ask them to cancel & they didn't send return label until the next morning in which I returned it to UPS the very next day. Now I'm getting an email 2 weeks later stating the router was not returned. I was on hold for 24 minutes to finally get forwarded to someone else who finally stated they received the router & apologized for the email! Try this at your own risk!
